The Arkadas Hotel was opened in 1989 by the Arslan family, who have lived in the area for generations. Tahir Arslan runs the place and has created an environment which combines traditional Turkish hospitality with modern and efficient service.
The hotel has 22 rooms, all with air conditioning and balconies. Two pairs of rooms have interconnecting doors and are perfect for families with younger children.
The hotel restaurant is out-doors, under two old fashioned tiled canopies. The food is excellent and is a mixture of traditional Turkish and European. Barbecued fish is particularly good and most evenings you can start your meal with ‘meze’ - those tasty little vegetable starters that are just so Turkish.

The hotel is situated on the beach has 36 room each equipped with shower/WC, air-conditioning or a fan. Let us spoil you with various local delicaetes in the form of a buffet, served in our beatiful shady garden restaurant. All cold drinks are available at any time from our open air bar. Of course you don't have to spend all of your holiday on the beach or by the pool. We have a varied programme to offer e.g. You can rent a bike or a car, play table tennis, take part in several water sports such as water skiing, ski-bob or the "banana ride". Our Hotel is open all year round. For the colder time of the year, there is an indoor restaurant by the fireplace, for the warmer season there is an open-air restaurant situated near the stream.
Our Hotel also has a bar.
Besides our a la carte menu, both half-board and full-board menu plans are available as is fresh fish. All rooms possess a sea-view, large balcony, shower and WC. The rooms are supplied with hot water.
Air-conditioned rooms are also available.

Cicibaba started business on 1986 with gözleme....Cicibaba, which has been a restaurant since 2000, is famous for its gozleme and manti (local foods) speciality. It is a family run business with its clean kitchen and pleasant surroundings. We wish that you taste our delicious menu and meals of your desire in our facility that is just by the seaside.
We continue our service with our 24 m² bungalows, that have been completed this year. All of your bungalows have shower, lavatory, wc, a/c and an entrance.
We have 10 bungalows with double or single beds that have been designed for two, three, four people. If desired, we can help our guests with tours to antique city, scuba diving and yacht tours.

At Dayco we can take you to see the many nearby ancient archeological sites that the region is famous for. Guided walks to unspoilt coves through the stunning local scenic forests are possible.
Dayco Pansiyon comprises of eight varnished pine panelled timber bungalows set around a small garden. At the entrance to the garden is Dayco Restaurant & Bar overlooking the beach and bay of Cavus. Your accomodation is very similar to that of a small hotel but individually housed in a detached bungalow. Each bungalow is equipped with solar/electric heated shower , WC, wash basin, shaver point. The firm beds have interior sprung mattress and an extra bed for a child is possible. All windows have mosquito screens and the roof is thermally insulated and tiled to keep cool.
Towels, bedding and air conditioning are provided. No cooking facilities are available.

Located on 2,000 m² area, on the border of the sea-line, Ön hotel has been operating since 1987. The hotel has 50 beds, 23 rooms. It has a tennis court and swimming pool. Rooms are twin bedded with toilet, shower and they all have a balcony, most with a sea veiw. A 3rd bed is available. All rooms are air conditioned. Single rooms are available at a supplement. Being a family run place, Ön Hotel, offers you an enviroment where you will be greeted as a guest. We look forward to having you join our list of yearly returning customers. All our rooms have air conditioning and are ensuite with shower. We have double and twin bedded rooms and some rooms have bed settees to accomodate small children or an extra adult. Outside the rooms are balconies overlooking the river for guests. Some rooms have stairs to them and other are bungalows..
Breakfast can be eaten either outside by the river or in the new Conservatory.The restaurant, set partly in the riverbed, has an extensive al á carte menu using fresh vegetables, grown locally. Fikret, the owner and chef, has a worldwide reputation, with customers returning year after year.
Evenings at the Paradise are very special with soft music, romantic atmosphere and excellent food.

There are six bungalows that are all made from timber. The establishment is new, and was set up in 2003.The mood of the bungalows is very relaxed, and the surrounding area also reflects this.All of the bungalows are detached, so you are completely in your own company. Each room is tastefully furnished, all with en-suite showers. You have a choice between a twin or double room.

The rooms and the main area was decorated with a mixture of Chinese and autenthic Turkish style and still focusing on the comfort. The Landscape studies are still continuing. Filiz Sakarya, who also did the decoration of the complex, enjoys to share her cultural and artistic knowledge that she gained in China during 10 years, when she is around.

Streetcafe is found in the north part of the bay on the beach. In the evening Streetcafe transforms itself into a bar. Imagine yourself with a glass of wine, an Efes beer or a cocktail and watch twilight fall over the sea. If you are lucky you may see the full moon rise from out the sea. Streetcafe is family run by Ramazan and Birgit Kaplan, also our son Timur. For families with children we provide toys, and you will feel that this is a welcoming and caring place for children.
Our bungalows are close to the beach and cafe, from the cafe to each bungalow the baby – listening device is heard. The interiors are tasteful, all with en – suite bathroom and air – conditionning. At the moment we have 4 bungalows in total, 2 family rooms with ¾ beds, and 2 , 2 bed bungalows

A family run hotel is backed up with 20 years of experience giving a warm and friendly atmosphere. All rooms have WC and a shower, with constant hot water provided by solar energy and backed up with immersion heater in the winter months. Each room has an Air Condition Unit which doubles as heater in the winter. The hotel is right on the beach, just 20 meters from the sea. You can take an early morning dip in the calm blue sea before enjoying an El fresco breakfast. The restaurant is situated at the front of the hotel giving you breathtaking views of the bay.
